Kelly is a Dagenham Girl and Essex based Playwright. She was the winner of the BBC Drama Award in 2014. She has recently completed the Emerging Playwrights Program at The Bush Theatre. Kelly has a passion for community and social change projects, particularly with the LGBTQ community and her queer identity is very important to her work. She runs a Queer Arts Collective.
